By publishing a profile on myHandiQR, you choose to share information about a disability. This information is sensitive data and benefits from special protection. Before you continue, we need your explicit agreement on the following points.

You are creating a profile for

• Myself: I have a disability and I want to create my own profile
• My child: I hold parental authority and I am creating a profile on their behalf
• An adult I support: as a carer, I am creating a profile for an adult, either with their agreement, or as their legal representative (guardian, conservator, or holder of a legal protection mandate)

This choice determines the applicable consent conditions.

What you are going to share

You are free to provide information about the disability or particularities of the person concerned, along with practical tips and explanations intended for the people around them. You alone choose what you write. No medical diagnosis is required, and myHandiQR is not a medical tool.

Why we collect this information

Only to generate the personalised profile and the QR code linked to it. This data is not used for any other purpose: no advertising, no resale, no commercial analysis.

How access to the profile works

Anyone who scans the QR code can access the profile. When scanning, the reader enters their age and chooses their profile from a suitable list (classmate, colleague, neighbour, parent, etc.). They then access the information you have prepared for that type of profile, with explanations written by you and suited to their level of understanding.

You are the one who decides who you entrust this QR code to and in what context you present it. myHandiQR has no control over how you use it once the QR code is printed or displayed.

Your rights

You can at any time edit, deactivate, or delete a profile from your personal area. Deactivation makes the QR code immediately inaccessible, even if printed copies are still in circulation. You also have a right of access, rectification, and portability of your data.

Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If a profile or the account is deleted, all the corresponding data is erased immediately and the QR code becomes inaccessible to anyone who scans it.

Security

Your data is hosted in Europe and protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS). myHandiQR does not sell or pass on your data to third parties.

• The person concerned is informed and has given their agreement for this profile, or I am their legal representative (guardian, conservator, or holder of a legal protection mandate)
• I have read and understood the information above
• I explicitly consent, within this framework, to the processing of this person's disability-related data by myHandiQR

This consent can be revoked at any time from your personal area.

Note for adults in a professional setting

If you use myHandiQR in a professional context, you should know that you are never required to disclose your disability to your employer or your colleagues. This service is a tool for voluntary and personal expression. No information is passed on to your employer by myHandiQR.
